Hyperion Elite, Volution, and EpicSpeed wetsuits have a 1-year warranty. Endorphin, Adrenaline, and Hybrid wetsuits have a 2-year warranty.
Warranty is not applicable to outlet, demos, rental, or used suits. Misuse, improper care, and general wear and tear are also excluded.
Warranty overview
Synergy wetsuits are fully warranted against any defect that is a direct result of how the suit was manufactured, the materials, or workmanship.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace any wetsuit that is deemed faulty. Replacements may be either brand-new or professionally repaired, depending on availability.
We do not cover defects due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.
Warranty terms
Hyperion Elite, Volution & EpicSpeed Wetsuits have a 1-year warranty. Endorphin, Adrenaline & Hybrid Wetsuits have a 2-year warranty.
Warranty not applicable to outlet, demos, rental or used suits.

Please keep in mind that some seam failures are due to overuse or normal wear and tear and are not manufacture defects.

Claim process
If the damage to your suit is covered under warranty, please follow the procedures listed below to initiate a warranty claim. If you do not follow these procedures, it may prevent your warranty claim from being processed in a timely manner.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response; more often than not, we will respond much faster. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments in regards to our warranty policy, please contact cs@synergysport.com.
Once your warranty claim has been approved, Customer Service will give you an RMA#. Please send your wetsuit back with the RMA code on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA codes will be returned to sender at your own cost.
Customers are always responsible for the cost of shipping to return their wetsuit to Synergy Wetsuits. Synergy Wetsuits will cover the cost of Ground domestic shipping back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for International or Expedited shipping options. Please allow up to ten business days for a warranty claim to be processed and completed from the time Synergy Wetsuits receives it.
Replacement program
Synergy's Lifetime Replacement Program allows the end-user to send in their wetsuits at any time and receive a replacement with the following discounts.
Wetsuits without valid registrations will not be covered under this replacement program.
