Refund Policy

Synergy Wetsuits guarantees your satisfaction with any purchase made directly from our website. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided it is unused and undamaged, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, excluding shipping costs.

If you choose to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that all returns are insured and include tracking numbers in case a trace or loss/damage claim is needed. Returns must be in their original, undamaged/unused condition, including all packaging and tags, and received within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Please note, if you choose store credit for your return, you will not be able to change the refund method afterward. Additionally, we can only issue one store credit refund per purchase.

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns or items received in used or damaged condition. This fee also applies to wetsuits with deep, unfixable creases caused by improper packaging during the return process.

Synergy Wetsuits reserves the right to decline returns that are used, damaged, or past the 30-day return window.

Shipping Times. Although we generally ship the same day we receive an order, there are often slight delays on international orders to clarify credit card issues or to obtain authorization for higher shipping costs. We do not ship on holidays so orders received shortly before a holiday or weekend will not ship until the first business day following. We request your phone number, e-mail address and/or fax number so we can contact you with questions about your order.

Delivery Delays. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.
