Returns

30-day policy

Unused, undamaged items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.

Canada

Ships locally in Canada

Orders within Canada ship from the Canada Distribution Center. Local Canada info is also available at synergywetsuits.ca.

Shipping within the United States

Estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days across the United States. During the holiday period additional delays can be expected. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipment information and estimated time of delivery of your order.

  • Estimated arrival dates do not apply to deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and rural areas.
  • Estimated arrival dates do not apply to deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and international addresses.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
  • Some items require a signature for delivery.

30-day returns on direct website orders

Synergy Wetsuits guarantees your satisfaction with any purchase made directly from our website. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy.

If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

If you decide to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Please make sure all returns are insured and include tracking information in case a trace or loss or damage claim is needed.

Please note that if you choose store credit for your return, you will not be able to change the refund method afterward. We can only issue one store credit refund per purchase.

Conditions that trigger a 30% restocking fee

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns, items received in used or damaged condition, and wetsuits with deep, unfixable creases caused by improper packaging during the return process.

  • Stains or residue from sunblock, Vaseline, deodorant, or body oils.
  • Smoke odors from cigarettes or other sources.
  • Strong or unpleasant smells that cannot be removed.
  • Any other condition that prevents the item from being resold as brand new.
  • Returns that are used, damaged, or sent past the 30-day return window may be declined.

All returns must be sent back in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, including all packaging and tags, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Final sale and demo or clearance items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Demo and clearance wetsuits can only be refunded as store credit when returned within 30 days.

All orders shipped within Canada are dispatched from our Canada Distribution Center, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the country.

Estimated delivery within 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier schedules, and any unforeseen delays, such as customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.

International orders and destination details

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, although some products may be restricted for certain destinations. Shipping and delivery estimates are based on item availability and the shipping option you choose.

USPS outside the continental U.S.

For shipments outside the continental U.S., standard delivery is by USPS. Delivery is usually in 3-5 business days absent delay in customs clearance, and each shipment can be tracked through USPS.

Australia

Most shipments take 3-5 days to reach Australia. There are no duty or customs fees for shipments under $1,000. Shipments are sent via FedEx or USPS, and tracking is emailed within 24 hours after you place your order.

EU orders

We ship to EU customers via FedEx. Standard service takes 7-10 days and pricing depends on product weight and destination. Duty and tax are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

APO and FPO addresses

We ship internationally to PO boxes only for USPS shipments to APO and FPO addresses. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries or package loss or theft on such shipments.

Duties and taxes

Recipients of international orders are responsible for local import duties and taxes, if applicable.

Timing and delivery delays

Although we generally ship the same day we receive an order, there can be slight delays on international orders to clarify credit card issues or obtain authorization for higher shipping costs. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances, or other causes beyond our control, and we do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product detail pages show item weight, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect carrier policies.
