Returns are accepted within 30 days on eligible items, and registered new wetsuits purchased through approved channels are covered under Synergy warranty terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from Synergy Wetsuits.
Products and services
Website-only availability and product presentation
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Canada shipments
Orders may ship from Canada or the United States
We strive to stock most of our products in our Canadian Distribution Center (DC). However, in the event that an item or items are not available in Canada, your order will be fulfilled from our US Distribution Center.
Orders shipped from the US will be sent via FedEx International.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by your local customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. For more information on potential duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Return policy
Returns, refunds, and restocking conditions
Synergy Wetsuits guarantees your satisfaction with any purchase made directly from our website. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy.
If, for any reason, you’d like to return your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
If you decide to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Please make sure all returns are insured and include tracking information in case a trace or loss or damage claim is needed.
All returns must be sent back in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, including all packaging and tags, within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund.
Please note, if you choose store credit for your return, you won’t be able to change the refund method afterward. Additionally, we can only issue one store credit refund per purchase.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to:
- Unauthorized returns
- Items received in used or damaged condition
- Wetsuits with deep, unfixable creases caused by improper packaging during the return process
Examples of damage include but are not limited to:
- Stains or residue from sunblock, Vaseline, deodorant, or body oils
- Smoke odors (e.g. from cigarettes or other sources)
- Strong or unpleasant smells that cannot be removed
- Any other condition that prevents the item from being resold as brand new
Synergy Wetsuits reserves the right to decline returns that are used, damaged, or sent past the 30-day return window.
Final sale items
Final sale merchandise is not returnable
Items marked Final Sale Item are not eligible for return.
Warranty information
Registered coverage and replacement support
Synergy wetsuits are built to last. Our wetsuits are fully warranted against any defect that is a direct result of how it was manufactured, material or workmanship.
Product Registration is required and is only applicable to the original owner of a new wetsuit purchased from synergywetsuits.com and authorized resellers.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace any wetsuit that is deemed faulty. We do not cover defects due to misuse, improper care or general wear and tear.
Warranty Terms: Hyperion Elite, Volution & EpicSpeed Wetsuits have a 1-year warranty. Endorphin, Adrenaline & Hybrid Wetsuits have a 2-year warranty.
Warranty not applicable to outlet, demos, rental or used suits.
Lifetime replacement
Synergy’s lifetime replacement warranty
Synergy’s Lifetime Replacement Warranty allows the end-user to send in their wetsuit at any time and receive a replacement at 30-40% off MSRP.
Wetsuits without valid registrations will not be covered under warranty.
