You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from Synergy Wetsuits.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products/services without notice at any time. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
RETURN POLICY
Synergy Wetsuits guarantees your satisfaction with any purchase made directly from our website. We stand behind our products and provide each customer with a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, provided it is not used or damaged, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days after purchase for a refund. Credit will be issued through original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
If you decide to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Please make sure all returns are insured and have tracking numbers in the event that a trace or loss/damage claim is needed. Returns must be sent back in their original undamaged/unused condition, including all packaging and tags within 30 days of the purchase date. As soon as we receive your original purchase, we will process your refund.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any unauthorized returns and items received that are in used or damaged condition. This fee also applies to wetsuits with deep, unfixable creases caused by improper packaging during the return process.
Synergy Wetsuits reserves the right to decline returns that are used, damaged, or past the 30-day return window.

Items marked Final Sale Item are not eligible for return.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Synergy wetsuits are built to last. Our wetsuits are fully warranted against any defect that is a direct result of how it was manufactured, material or workmanship. Product Registration is required and is only applicable to the original owner of a new wetsuit purchased from synergywetsuits.com and authorized resellers. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any wetsuit that is deemed faulty. We do not cover defects due to misuse, improper care or general wear and tear.
Warranty Terms:
Volution & EpicSpeed Wetsuits have a 1-year warranty. | Endorphin, Adrenaline & Hybrid Wetsuits have a 2-year warranty.
Warranty not applicable to outlet, demos, rental or used suits.
SYNERGY’S LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY allows the end-user to send in their wetsuit at any time and receive a replacement at 30-40% off MSRP.
Wetsuits without valid registrations will not be covered under warranty
