1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Synergy Wetsuits ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Synergy Wetsuits, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official Google Form embedded above. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Fraudulent methods of entry or evasion of entry limits may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. Prizes and Guaranteed Offers

• Grand Prize: One (1) randomly selected winner will receive a Synergy Wetsuits and Goggle Package. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made.
• Guaranteed Offer for All Entrants: Every valid entrant will receive a special promotional code for one (1) free pair of swim goggles. This offer is valid for first-time customers only. The entrant is responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs associated with the free goggles. The promotional offer will be delivered via the email address provided at entry.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Synergy Wetsuits reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Synergy Wetsuits; you may opt-out or unsubscribe at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Synergy Wetsuits and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
