We take great pride in providing you with a top-quality wetsuit. This means that suits are inspected both before sending them out and upon their return. We will never send out a damaged wetsuit. Any damage noted upon return of the suit will be charged to your account. A full fee schedule is available on our website.
Your suit must be returned in clean condition. Please follow the attached guide for complete cleaning instructions. It must also be completely dry before being packaged for return, otherwise it will mildew in transit. Any wet or mildewed suits will incur an additional fee. Any wetsuits that require cleaning will incur an additional $25.00 fee.
If you decide you would like to purchase your suit, all that is required is for you to keep the suit. Upon the expiration of your rental period your deposit will be collected and the suit is then yours to keep.
Late rentals are charged for the additional rental period. The rate and length of additional rental periods are the same as your original order.
If you decide to return the suit, please ship it back to us, and be sure to use an appropriately sized box. Using a box that is too small will damage the suit. Do not use packaging other than boxes, as the suit will be damaged. Our address for rental returns is:

We recommend using UPS/FedEx services as they include tracking and $100 insurance automatically, but you are not required to use UPS/FedEx. Whatever carrier you employ, be sure that the suit will arrive in our office by the last day of your rental period. You can check to see how many days remain on your rental by logging in to the account you created when you placed your original order. We are closed Fri-Sun and most holidays.
We do recommend you purchase tracking and insurance (equal to the amount of your deposit) to protect yourself against fees incurred by lost or damaged packages. Please note that if the package is lost or damaged, your refund will be issued by the package carrier, and only for the amount of your insurance. Synergy Wetsuits takes no responsibility for misdelivered, incorrectly addressed, late-delivered, or lost packages.
